The names given to the full moons, like most everything else in Wicca, may vary by tradition. I have used examples from "Wheel of the Year" by Pauline Campanelli, "The Everything Wicca and Witchcraft Book" by Marian Singer, and "Wiccan Beliefs and Practices" by Gary Cantrell. Most lists of full moon names begin with the full moon nearest Yule and then go down the list matching full moon names as the moons occur during the year. For the thirteenth moon, it is often given a name depending on its location during the year or just called the 'Blue Moon'.
